EPS AND ONCOVANCE USE THE MILOS SOLUTION PLATFORM TO DELIVER ADVANCED MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

EPS Software Corp. and Oncovance Technologies, Inc. are collaborating in the development of a pioneering online patient registry database allowing physicians dealing with cancer patients to make more accurate diagnostic predictions about outcomes of treatments with specific pharmaceuticals.

Houston, TX (June 11, 2006) - In keeping with its role as a pioneer in custom software development based on the .NET Framework, EPS Software today announced that it is developing a mission-critical online software platform for Oncovance Technologies, Inc., a Houston-based leader in diagnostic services provided to physicians and pharmaceutical firms.

Oncovance, a company created through collaboration between leading physicians and scientists from the Baylor College of Medicine, the Cleveland Clinic and the Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center, is pioneering the propagation of an algorithm-based diagnostic service, based on patient databases accessible online. Among its major clients is Bayer AG, the pharmaceutical giant. EPS has already built an advanced platform to deliver Oncovance's breakthrough cancer diagnostic data. The current development applies the advantages of a patient registry database to predict and visualize the performance of certain drugs and treatment approaches. The key component of Oncovance's approach, being implemented by EPS's software platform, is the ability for registered users of the database to obtain real-time visualization of a patient's condition and diagnosis via state-of-art algorithms displayed as "nomograms."

"This is the first time that Oncovance's proprietary nomograms have been made available to the medical community in relation to specific drugs and treatments," said Markus Egger, EPS Chief Software Architect and founder. We are excited and proud to have been selected as the software company with the privilege of helping Oncovance bring this pioneering technology to market."

EPS is using its wll-known Milos Solution Platform as the foundation of the software components on which the Oncovance online visualization application is built. Milos is an advanced set of components, process and tools, established on top of Microsoft's .NET Framework, for the building of advanced enterprise applications.

Local resident presents computer industry research papers to European Software Developer's Conference in Germany

Houston, TX - (October 10, 2002) - Dan Jurden, a long-time Brenham, Texas resident will be busy traveling during the month of November, making presentations at two significant conferences about the latest in computer technologies to information industry professionals on two continents. Dan, a senior developer with EPS Software Corporation (www.eps-cs.com), a Microsoft Certified Partner specializing in custom software development, will travel to Frankfurt Germany in the beginning of November to present a total of four papers on Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 data access strategies. In addition to this, he will be presenting an introductory session about "Voodoo Web Controls," a developer's product that allows for greater user functionality in web pages. EPS Software is the creator of these tools and Dan has been intimately involved in the work.

A week after Dan returns home he will be off again. This time it's a little closer to home. He's going to Milwaukee, Wisconsin as one of an elite group of speakers at the Great Lakes Database Workshop. He will again talk about SQL Server data access strategies as well as participate in panel discussions on custom application development strategies.

Dan commented, "I've spent most of my adult life working in the computer industry and, as a part of this, have attended many professional conferences to gain more knowledge and insight into my chosen field. I'm really happy that I've been asked to give something back to the community that I work in. I'm looking forward to going to Germany and presenting my papers as well as attending sessions given by other software professionals. I'm just not sure that I'll be able to get a chicken fried steak there."

Dan's many years of experience in the computer industry have elevated him to a level of knowledge that is now being recognized around the world. Next time you see him with his family at a local school sporting event, ask him how Frankfurt was in November. It was probably a bit colder than here in Brenham but for Dan it was all in a day's work.
